What is a DOMINANT NARRATIVE that someone might tell you about your RACE or your ETHNICITY?

A dominant narrative that someone might tell about my race or my ethnicity it might be that latinos are stealers (robbers).They might say this because some people that rob might look like latinos and someone might assume that the person who robbed is a latino.
